2012 Project Update: ONE DAY FEDERAL WAY FOR THE HOMELESS
SUCCESS! Our 5K fundraising walk brought youth and adults together to brave wind and rain and walk in the footsteps of our neighbors using shelters in our city. Thanks to you, we made our $5000 fundraising goal, and raised awareness of the issues surrounding homelessness in Federal Way. Funds raised go to Reach Out Federal Way, a local non profit working to provide food, shelter and transitional services to homeless men and women. Special thanks to One Day Federal Way sponsor Comcast in Washington State, and to our community for supporting ALY and Reach Out!
